Who's the true Miss Spelman?

LOL.
How can the school of higher education, an elite institution like SPELMAN (of all places) not know how to count votes? It was 8 people running, only a little under a 1,000 voted---is it really that hard? I think a revamp of the Math curriculum is needed. Spelman must have taken a lesson from federal and state vote counting in FL and OH! And I'm gone......
